Built in 2002 this 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house, with large pool in a private back yard is perfect for any getaway.
You will be sure to enjoy your time cooling off in the large private pool, playing a quick game of Volleyball on a beautiful sand court, dining out side on the covered patio with a large BBQ and outdoor fan. You can always take a break from the sun in the air-conditioned living room watching your favourite show on the 60-inch smart TV.

With large privacy walls you will be sure to enjoy tanning in the Arizona sun. The pool has wall seating, waterfall and a shallow area that can be shaded with an umbrella if needed.

This home offers plenty of parking; with 1 garage space (can be available), a long driveway with room for your vehicles, also Additional secure gated RV, Jet Ski, or ATV parking on the side of the house.

RĂšgles

Arrival/Departure Times Check-in starts at 3 pm on the arrival date and departure must occur by 11 am on the departure date. Early check-in and late check-out times are possible by prior arrangement, but can only be confirmed several days before the arrival date, since they are dependent on the schedules of other guests. Security Deposit The security deposit is provided as security against damage to the house or property, theft, late check out, and violation of any of the renter's agreements contained in this Agreement. Final settlement of the security deposit will be made as soon as possible, but in no event later than 45 days after the departure date. Cancellations There is no refund of rent for an early departure. Owners' Agreements We shall bear the cost of all utilities, trash removal, the use of all personal property made available to renters, including kitchen equipment, dishes, linens, outdoor furniture, swimming pool, and outdoor grill. We will take reasonable measures to ensure that house and outdoor equipment is in reasonable working order. The swimming pool is only heated naturally, which means that it only warms up during the summer and fall months. Usage of Spa is available at an additional cost (based upon propane gas/thermos used). Renters' Agreements You agree that you shall leave the premises in the same order as you found them and that you shall not exceed the number of guests identified in this Agreement. If more than the agreed number of persons are found to occupy the unit, or if excessive cleanup is required, additional charges for such persons and additional maid service will be charged and deducted from the Security Deposit. You shall nevertheless be fully responsible for any damage to the premises in excess of the Security Deposit, plus reasonable costs of collection, including reasonable attorneys' fees, if necessary. Damage caused by your guests or invitees shall be your financial responsibility. Without our prior written permission, you shall not host special events or gatherings at the Offshore house involving more than your immediate party, as enumerated above, and shall not conduct any events or activities that might interfere with the peace and enjoyment of the property's neighbors, including any traveling noise after 10 pm at night. If you are found to be entertaining more guests than approved by us in your rental contract without our prior permission, or are creating traveling noise after 10 pm, you will be asked to vacate the property immediately, and will forfeit the remainder of your rental as well as the security deposit. You agree that there are no pets allowed. There can be no smoking in the house or other structures (no exceptions). Such smoking will result in automatic and total forfeiture of the Security Deposit. You agree that our designees or we may enter and inspect the premises for any reason at any reasonable time during your stay. Upon departure, you agree to clean the follow, our check-out procedures: including without limitation, cleaning the outdoor grill, if used, putting any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and starting it, placing the garbage out on the curb and putting any wet towels in a bathtub or shower stall. Children are the direct responsibility of you as well as their parents or caretakers. Children are NEVER TO BE LEFT UNATTENDED at the Offshore house, whether in the house or outdoors, near the pool. You acknowledge that there is a swimming pool on the property and other amenities that could be dangerous to children and others. You also acknowledge and accept that there will be no lifeguard or any other supervision on the premises during your stay, and we will not be responsible for supervising the use of any of the facilities by either adults or children. You and all of your guests and invitees undertake all use of the property at your own risk. YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS THE OWNERS OF THE OFFSHRE HOUSE, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LOSS, CLAIM, LIABILITY OR DAMAGE ARISING FROM ANY NUISANCE OR HARM MADE OR SUFFERED ON THE PROPERTY BY YOU OR YOUR GUESTS OR INVITEES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INJURY OR DEATH, OR FROM ANY CARELESSNESS, NEGLECT OR IMPROPER CONDUCT OF ANY PERSONS ENTERING, OCCUPYING OR VISITING THE PREMISES.

Beautiful home, great owners!

We had a fantastic time staying here! The owners are very attentive to your needs. It's the perfect size home for a family, or 3 different couples. The backyard is fun, with a nice pool and outdoor TV setup.

AMAZING

Sam is amazing. Our stay was warm and beautiful. Sam contacted me daily to make sure everything was going Great. We had a problem with the wifi and he had it fixed immediately. I wish we could of stayed longer. If we go back again next year, we would love to stay at his property again. The home was spacious , had everything we needed for our stay. The backyard area was great. Pool needs a cover, it was to cold for the kids to swim, and they can swim in anything. OVERALL trip was amazing, couldn't ask for more.

3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with everything you need! Sam was awesome! He always stayed in contact to make sure everything was ok. Only down side was the internet was spotty but I understand that is part of desert living here. We would definitely stay here again

Wonderful place to stay!

We stayed for 5 nights in this very clean and comfortable home. The pool is fabulous and we spent many hours there when we were not at the lake. Sam was a very gracious host and checked in with us each day to ensure all was ok. The home was very nicely decorated and had plenty of room for the 6 of us. One drawback was the incline of the driveway for parking your boat as there is no parking on the cul de sac street. If you are not experienced with backing up your boat you may want to consider that. I give this house a 5 star for all it's +'s.

Very comfortable house

We had a great time at the house. It is about 10 minutes from downtown in a quiet neighborhood. Rooms were great and we enjoyed the pool and volleyball court. Nice amenities that consisted of big screen TV, high speed internet and large outdoor BBQ area. Owners were very attentive about making sure we were happy. We would rent again if we were to return to the area. Thank you Sam for your hospitality.

We loved this property!

Our family really enjoyed this property. It was very clean and decorated to our taste! It felt like home except we do not have a lemon tree, an orange tree AND a lime tree in our backyard at home in Wisconsin ;) That definitely was a special treat- ahhh, I can smell the blossoms still! We have rented VRBO 3 other times in Lake Havasu City and this home was our favorite. It is in a very quiet neighborhood with a very private back yard. The kids enjoyed playing sand volleyball and the pool was very refreshing. It is hard to beat the weather they have in Havasu! The homeowner checked in with us a couple of times to be sure everything was great for our stay and we really appreciated that! We would recommend this home to anyone.

Great getaway, nice neighborhood

Nice home and well kept. When we discovered a nail in our tire, the next door neighbor asked if we needed a larger compressor 'than the little 12 volt we had. We didn't need it by then, but it was a nice gesture. Then he gave directions to where we could get the tire repaired. Overall, a very nice stay.

Great property in a quiet part of town.

We had a great 4 day weekend at the house for the balloon festival. House was very clean and well kept. There is a great pool in the backyard but it was too cold to use. I can't wait to go back when the weather is nicer.

Absolutely great VRBO home!

My wife Nancy and I had a wonderful time staying at this house. The layout is nice, we only needed one of the three bedrooms since there was just the two of us. All the appliances and outdoor bbq worked great and there were plenty of dishes, glasses, cups etc. there is a volleyball court in the back yard for the energetic, we mostly used it for sunning ourselves. There is also a very nice pool which was a little cool this time of year (Feb) but quite pleasant to look at. My contact was Sam Bahm and he was just awesome to rent from, very easy going and helpful in every way. I would be glad to rent from these guys again in the future.
