This beautiful, spacious 5 BR, 2.5 Bath home offers a great backyard with a pool that can be heated for additional fees, a jacuzzi, and Lake View. The pool is 3' deep on each end and 4' deep in the middle. Home offers BBQ, Flat screen TVs, Cable & WiFi. Room for RV parking. All bedding, towels & linens are provided. It is 8 minutes from the London Bridge and downtown Lake Havasu.

Wonderful Stay

We were in LHC for a cousin’s wedding and this property was perfect for us. It was clean and well maintained. The pool even got used, even though we were busy with family. The previous tenants created an issue and we were kept well informed about its resolution. Communication was very good. The couple of questions we had were answered quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

Overall beautiful home, but 1 room is not as expected

Overall, the house is beautiful & well-kept. The house had a great amount of space; we could park 4 large vehicles & 2 boats. The kitchen has everything you could need & more, very spacious & opened up well to the living room. One thing to know ahead of time that I was not aware of: One of the main bedrooms is directly next to the front door (along with the "children's room"). Which would be fine, except that one of the main "walls" in this bedroom is really not a wall at all. It is 2 large barn-style doors that they fit in between 2 stone pillars. A lot of light comes in through these doors & you can hear everything through them! If the owners can build an actual wall there instead of these doors, this house would be near perfect, but this was really upsetting & made it difficult to sleep in this room.

Family Vacation

The house was an excellent choice for our family of 9’s vacation. It was beautiful and open, nice spacious bedrooms where no one felt on top of each other. The pool and outside patio was perfect! The house was close to everything boat rentals, grocery stores, restaurants and the London Bridge! Would definitely stay again. There is only one thing I would recommend that instead of the two light fixtures on the patio add two ceiling fans to keep air flowing. The house was our little paradise!

Sibling getaway

Lovely and very comfortable house for a large group. There were 9 of us, and we still had an unused bed! We spent a lot of time in the pool (paid to have it heated.) There was lots of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint was the coffee pot was very small, so our group of 9 coffee drinkers was constantly starting a new pot!

Just as Advertised

We rented this house in early March, all older adults, part of a family gathering. The house was delightful, just as depicted in the listing. It was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the matresses were very comfortable, tons of bath towels, the decor was tasteful and pleasant, we very much enjoyed our stay. The house is on a relatively busy street, and unfortunately they were doing construction a block or so away, so the heavy equipment and trucks were a bit noisy going by during the weekdays. We sat out back much of the time, where the pool waterfall made a nicer noise, and were doubly rewarded most every day by the covy of quail that regularly visited. The weather was perfect, our stay nearly so.

Great stay

The home was as described and accommodated 9 adults easily. We all had space to ourselves if needed and the common space was lovely. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working. The owner attempted to rectify this but a part needed to be ordered and would not arrive before our departure. The neighborhood was peaceful and the outdoor living space was very nice. Overall a very good experience with this property.

Great location for us

Great location as it was close to the boat launch and most stores that we needed for our visit. Great communication with the owner. Unfortunately the hot tub did not work during our stay. Other than that the property was great and we will most likely stay here again.

Not as advertised - no refund/accommodations

Property was not as advertised. The hot tub did not work and I received no partial refund. Host did not respond until the rental was over, and now won't discuss or consider a partial refund. Beware, VRBO can do nothing except attempt to move you in the middle of a rental for a situation like this. Very dissatisfied with this property owner and with VRBO.

This was my first time ever renting a house for a vacation. The booking was easy and communication was great. The property itself completely met expectations and made our vacation very enjoyable. Samer, the property manager, was easy to deal with and on top of everything.

The house wonderful. Would definitely visit again. Apart from the neighbour telling us to quieten things down at 8pm because his wife has to wake up at 3am on a Saturday, dampening the mood. The house was still a treat to stay at.
