It took a while for them to find my reservation. I was not in their system and they said it was technical that happens between you and the hotel. The saving grave was they were very nice about it. I was nervous though until it got resolved

Nice but noisy

The hotel itself was very nice and in a good location to the bridge. The king suite was clean, nicely decorated and very accommodating. The only issue (but important one) was that we didn’t sleep well. The bed was comfortable but it wasn’t quiet in the room. We could hear people talking in the hallway and in the next (adjoining) room. We could hear traffic all the time and were woken around 4a.m. by the garbage truck banging around outside our windows. It would definitely be worth the extra money to get a room on the “view” side of the hotel.
