Room was great - modern hotel with everything virtually new. Staff were friendly and free breakfast is great. The location is great too, being the closest hotel to London Bridge. The only point to note is that rooms on the highway side of the hotel are quite noisy. The side with the bridge views is much better.

We have stayed here before and it was good. Breakfast is great. I made this reservation months ahead of time. We were put in room 229 and there was some sort of mechanical noise that kept me up all night long. I called the front desk asking if they knew how long it would last and he said that he didn't know what I was talking about. When we checked out in the morning, I let the gal at the front desk know about the noise and she told me that they usually don't rent out room 229 because of that noise. I guess its right next to the buildings AC unit. She said that they were full so they had to rent it out. Now I am upset because I got stuck with room 229 even though I made my reaervation far in advance. I probably won't stay there again.
