This was a great place to stay! As advertised. Clean, well maintained, great location with all the amenities you need to enjoy your time at Lake Havasu. We will definitely be staying here again and we highly recommend this place

Very Nice Condo

Everything went smooth except the listing did not state it was a 2 story and all bedrooms upstairs. Recovering from an ankle surgery this was extremely difficult for me. Also, boat parking was pretty sparse in the neighborhood. We had to park truck and boat separate a few times. Otherwise everything was absolutely great! I would definitely stay here again!

If you are staying in Lake Havasu then this is your spot. We come to Havasu about once every other year to meet up with friends from CA. There are 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 teens and we were all very comfortable. The condo is very clean, decorated nicely, the kitchen is well stocked, bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion and even a few extra things that you might have forgotten. Ryan was great at communication and patient with all my questions. It's an awesome location, just a couple minutes from the London Bridge and Lake Havasu Marina. We rented a slip for the weekend (separate from VRBO) and it was so convenient to just have the boat waiting for us in the water instead of trailoring after each day.

Clean, Cute & Comfy

We loved everything about our stay from the comfortable beds to the clean amenities. The phone chargers at each bedside was a plus and you can’t beat the location! We could walk to the Beach House and Islander to visit with family that stays there. We will be back!

Great Lake home for a family and friends visit

This home had plenty of room for our four teenagers and three adults. The beds are comfortable and there are multi-device chargers by all the bed sides. The bathrooms are stocked with everything you need and so is the kitchen. We all had plenty of room to eat dinner also. We were a few minutes from Nautical as well as Safeway and Dutch Bros. We vacation in Havasu quite a bit and we find this to be our favorite place so far. We will be booking a vacation here in the future.

The location was perfect, I docked my boat at the marina, so place was close by and not a lot of traffic. The house inside was great-comfy beds, plenty of towels and blankets, and had little extras, such as different chargers available for smartphones. Quick responses by manager when I sent messages. July 4th fun

We had a really nice stay here. The condo is located close to everything, just a few minutes drive to the marina and restaurants. It had a lot of good supplies for the kitchen. The host was very responsive. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again for sure.

As good as it looks

This was our first time staying in the property (I have used VRBO in Lake Havasu about half a dozen times in the past 2 years). This property did not disappoint. It was very clean, the A/C works great (and it was HOT outside!), and the owner really thought of every detail. Here are a few examples that made our stay so pleasant: the bed pillows are amazing, plenty of bath towels, phone chargers provide by the beds, coolers in the garage that we used, two WIFI connections in case one didn't work, pots and pans were in good shape (a lot of rentals have really gross pots and pans!). This is also a great location if you're boating all day. It only takes 3-5 mins to get to the boat launch area / Nautical resort. We had a great time! Thank you.
