✓ Early/late check-in/out available upon request
✓ $1,500 security hold placed 2 days prior to check-in (released 7 days post-checkout)
✓ No refunds for cancellations
✓ Rental agreement + photo ID required at booking
General House Guidelines
✓ Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
✓ Lock all doors, windows, and garage when leaving
✓ No indoor smoking ($500 fine if violated)
✓ Animals are not permitted due to allergies. If pet presence is detected, a $500 deep cleaning fee may apply.
