Wonderful! The location is excellent just outside Rotary Park we walked to the lake and village area every day. Pool was great too and the condo had everything we needed we will definitely come back!

Super close to the Rotary Community Park and it's right next to the pool in the complex so that is also a huge plus! The place itself had a lot of stuff for cooking which was nice so we didn't have to go out to eat a lot. A/C worked great. We were there when it was 110 outside and didn't feel a thing. Quiet neighborhood, the neighboring units seemed to be empty during our stay so we didn't hear much. Highly recommend!

This was honestly one of my favorite places I’ve stayed in Lake Havasu. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the London Bridge. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The pool being right outside was perfect.Parking was super convenient, and we were able to leave our boat unhooked the night before, which made our early departure so much easier. The host went above and beyond with amenities—great coffee, a solid coffee maker, nice lotions, and plenty of bathroom essentials. I’d happily stay here again.
