This is a 1 bedroom/1 bath bungalow located at Sam's Beachcomber Resort. There is a private boat launch that can be utilized at the resort. This one bedroom/one bath has a queen bed in the master bedroom and one sleeper sofa in the living room. The unit has a patio and second story deck giving you a great view of Lake Havasu.
