You might look at this listing and think to yourself "WOW, what a cool party pad!" FAR FROM IT. This property is designed for larger families or friends getting together to have a good time WITHOUT disrupting the neighbors or violating the 10 PM city noise ordinance. This place is meant for you to come, relax, enjoy each others' company as well as the city of Lake Havasu. It's furnished in a way that encourages your kids to stay enterained with the indoor and outdoor games, swim, and just be outside instead of vacationing just to stay in their room and play Call of Duty, Roblox, or watch TicTok all day. It is not a place for you to throw a rager, yell at your boyfriend at 2 AM that you hate him, test your alcohol consumption limits, or give the neighbors a show in your birthday suit. All renters MUST be respectful of the neighbors and be able to follow 2 main rules: 1) Outside noise must be kept to a minimum after 10 PM. 2) Do not park across the street on the neighbors property. To those that can follow these (SIMPLE) rules, we welcome your booking and truly hope that you make beautiful memories here! To those of you that can't give respect to our neighbors and abide by the city noise ordinance, this is not the place for you. You can thank previous dumba$$ renters for the strict enforcement of these rules.

Beautiful 6 Bedroom House boasts a Casita, Huge Backyard, Pool, Jacuzzi, Game Room, Yard Games, Fire Table, Spectacular View of the Lake and Unforgettable Sunsets!

Each living area and bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV. Game Room includes 65" TV with cable and sports package along with pool table, air hockey, foosball, ping pong and darts. The backyard includesa mini horseshoe pit, giant jenga, above ground jacuzzi, and a recently renovated pool with a water slide.

The jacuzzi is always heated (at no additional charge) for your use and convenience. The pool has the ability to be heated to 80 degrees for an additional $80/day. Please let the owner know if you would like the pool to be heated at the time of your booking.

House is 3 miles from everything including the London Bridge, Lake Havasu Marina, and local Restaurants and Bars.

The property has 3 security cameras; one facing the covered parking area, one facing the front door walking path, and one facing the left driveway. All cameras are primarily used to see when the guests have left in order to send the cleaning crew over. To protect your privacy, there are no other surveillance devices on the property.
