Perfect for a Family Reunion!

We had a blast as a family staying at this property. So many rooms that everyone was able to have their own space, yet still amazing group spaces for us to play games and be together. Communication with the property manager was great! We were able to get questions answered quickly and they were super helpful. Thank you for an amazing time!

Perfect family vacation home

We stayed at this home in hopes to get out of the cold in Nevada and it was a great trip with all of my kids and their kids! We had kiddos ranging from 2 to 13 and it was the perfect property! Heated pool was amazing and the kids lived in it! Big space for the whole family. 10/10 experience!

Holidays in Havasu

Our stay in Havasu was great! We have a large family and everyone is now an adult (college aged) and my mom being elderly we needed space but a place to gather as well and this house was perfect for that. We didn’t use the pool but we we did use the hot tub and it heated nicely. The house is all on one level which makes it easier on my mom. The master sauna did not work for us and there were no instructions for it but that was fine. The owner lives nearby and was super responsive when I asked about spare batteries. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or be together. We went on nearby hikes and walked about the lake for exercise. The linens were great and plentiful. The plates and silverware were nice compared to other rentals we had been in but the pots and pans could use an upgrade. We love to cook together and now everyone eats a lot!!! We should definitely rent again for a large family gathering.

Great property

Had a great time with family here! Plenty of space for everyone. We loved the air conditioned garage/play room, outdoor dining, large kitchen, pool, and overall cleanliness. The kitchen had everything we needed. Neighborhood seemed safe and had adequate garage and driveway parking. Would recommend!

Great for Family

We all had a great time. The house was super nice and comfortable. The house was big enough to accommodate everyone and to give extra space/privacy. The house was well equipped with towels, blankets, pillows for everyone. The kitchen had almost every appliance you needed. We came in town for my grandpas 80th bday and it was nice for all the family that had to travel into Havasu were able to go to one big place for us to stay together. Great vacation! Thank you!

A Perfect Trip with Family

We met with family in Havasu for a long weekend (Wednesday - Sunday). It was a perfect location - 15 minutes from launch, 5 minutes to grocery store, and even had a fun night of bowling! The layout of bedrooms and bathrooms were great. It gave everybody privacy when wanted but also had enough space for everyone to have a comfortable bed at night. The dining room was large enough to have everyone in the same room for dinners together. I will return to this property in the future.

Perfect for big families!

Our family enjoyed this property so much! We have a big family and there was plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the game room in the RV Garage and not to mention the pool! I also loved that there was the BBQ area outside where we can all enjoy cooking and eating together in the large dining table. The house was also close to the lake and shopping centers which was a plus. Overall, we had an amazing time in this home, definitely family friendly. We will for sure come back in the future!
