We came down to watch Desert Storm. The condo was great! The host was quick to respond to any questions I had, and I had a bunch since this was our 1st VRBO experience! The area we love, and the Queens Bay Resort is the BEST. Our condo was very lovely decorated, but we found the bathroom faucets are in need of some love and updating as we were afraid to full the faucet out by the handle for fear of it coming off the wall in both bathrooms Other then that, I would frequest this condo again!

Lake Havasu visit

The property is very nice and a perfect spot for a quiet quick vacation. The unit was well equipped and we enjoyed the pool a lot. Its right down between the London Bridge area and Rotary Park, perfect spot for families and couples. Also very close to grocery and other amenities. Small issue with the hot water heater, but that was quickly rectified.

Perfect location, right next to London Bridge Resort. Clean space. Well stocked kitchen. The gate/key situation is my only problem. SAFE but takes so long to get the key / gate to open(have to have key to get in AND out of parking lot)

Location is always great!!

I love the Queens Bay , the location is wonderful especially on Holiday weekends when you want to Moor up super early and then come back to the room for breakfast. The condo was very nice and clean. The ac definetly struggles at this condo. It kept the main house cool enough but the rooms and bathrooms get very warm. Elaine is very nice and had fans in the rooms to help keep it cool. The beds & pillows really need an upgrade. Bring your own pillows to this condo. The views are beautiful. Thank you Elaine for your hospitality , I do recommend you at least get new pillows for the beds.

The condo's location is great. It was clean and very well equipped with all one would need. Location is perfect. It is close to London Bridge, restaurants, shops, etc. Living area a bit small for 6 people and only 2 barstools for eating. My biggest complaint was that the AC did not cool condo enough, especially in the master bedroom.

Close to all

2nd floor, great view of golf course, cannot see water through all the trees, so that was a bummer being that close to the lake. Living room and kitchen new furniture and good appliances, bedrooms old furniture, mattress lumpy needs to be replaced. Place was clean but has old smell of cigarette smoke permeated in the walls and cabinets. I bought air fresheners & Fa-breeze and aired it out each day and no affect on the smell. Some of our clothes smelled of smoke during out stay. Luckily was able to sleep at night and got past the smell, but whole place needs vents cleaned and repainted. Host was nice and offered maid to come wipe down the walls, but we did't want to deal with that while on vacation.
