Located just minutes from the lake, downtown, Walmart, movie theaters and the amazing London Bridge. Plenty of parking for your RV(s) and toys. Quiet street with minimal traffic. Brand new heated pool and walls for privacy. All New Built in BBQ, Over 50 of Granite CounterTop space for the ultimate in entertaining. Putting Green, Horseshoe Throwing Pit, Turf Area for Games. New Patio Furniture and fire pit. Entire home renovation was recently completed. New ceiling fans and recessed lighting throughout. Additional wide screen TV for Gaming! Great backyard space for entertaining, large yard with patio cover and seating. Professionally Landscaped front and back with landscape lighting to enjoy after you watch the another Beautiful Lake Havasu Sunset from the backyard. New water softener, new R/O System, central A/C, relaxing heated pool. This is your home away from home. Additional cost to heat the pool. Easy on and off pool cover will reduce propane costs. Master Bedroom has a king size bed, two night stands, large dresser, ceiling fan, and walk-in shower.

This was absolutely an amazing place. The pool was the big ,love that it had the sitting bench with a table in the water. The house was well equipped, the rooms were perfect ,beds were very comfortable slept like a baby,and the restrooms were beautifully designed. This house made a our mini vacay so feel like we were in paradise. We went to the Lake once and we wanted to hurry back home to enjoy the pool. Looking foward to booking this property in the near future.

Lake havasu sweet treat

The property was amazing , the location was beyond amazing. Everything within a few minutes of the house. The property manager was above and beyond with answering questions and helping when needed. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place!!! The lake is literally 5 minutes away. Felt like home away from home.
