CLEANING & SANITIZATION
Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out. We have smoke/CO2 detectors, fire extinguishers throughout, and a first aid kit in pantry.

POOL HEATING
The charge to heat the pool is $125 per day.

PETS ALLOWED
We do allow dogs on the property with prior approval and pet fee of $250 per pet. The pet fee is non-refundable. We do not permit any cats due to the associated allergies. All other pet requests will be handled on a case by case basis. Any waste left by a pet must be cleaned up by the animal`s owner. Please clean up after your pets.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning. If smoking outside please dispose of any butts or ash trays prior to departure.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.
