Whether you’re sipping coffee on the patio, soaking in the hot tub as the sun drops behind the mountains, or gathering inside after a day on the lake, this home is about comfort, space, and the view that never gets old.

This clean, quiet, and spacious 1,700 sq ft home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, an open layout, and thoughtful amenities throughout. Guests enjoy full access to the 2-car garage for vehicles, boats, or toys, along with ample driveway parking and a large 25’ x 40’ dedicated parking area — ideal for boats, trailers, and recreational toys.

The primary suite is designed as a private retreat, offering a large walk-in shower and a separate jetted soaking tub — perfect for unwinding after lake days or desert exploring.

Located approximately 8 minutes from the lake and just a couple of blocks from open desert trails, The Vista on Washita offers easy access to golf courses, downtown, grocery stores, coffee shops, and local favorites — all while feeling tucked away and peaceful.

The fully stocked kitchen makes meals easy, with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, rice maker, dishwasher, range/oven, and a refrigerator with ice maker. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs throughout.

Step outside to a large backyard with panoramic lake and mountain views, a covered “grotto” patio, and a 7-person private hot tub heated 24/7 at no extra charge — one of the signature highlights of The Vista on Washita.

Amazing place!

Absolutely recommend! We had 6 adults, a 3 y.o and a small dog and it was perfect for us all. Plenty of room, great kitchen and we loved the hot tub and game room! The master bed room had the most comfortable bed/comforter, and the bathtub was fabulous!

Great place

This is a great property. I've never had an indoor garage before. It was pretty awesome. They had coffee and laundry detergent for us, I had a special request in the shower that they went out of their way to accommodate and I can't say enough about how great these hosts are. The place is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood and we had a great stay. Look forward to staying there again next year.

Alaska Snowbird Fun

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Property was located near all Lake Havasu City amenities, easy to access and had a great view of the lake. We enjoyed this view and lots of sunsets from the large hot tub in the back yard. House was very clean and well stocked for our three week stay. The garage was greatly appreciated, especially in January and early February where temperatures can be lower and sometimes windy. The large master bedroom was comfortable and much appreciated. Sarah and Edward communicated quickly and clearly at all stages of our stay so any questions or instructions were addressed if needed. We didn’t use the game room much but would be fantastic for families with kids! We really liked the air hockey! I will highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Lake Havasu City! The overall stay we had was outstanding and prices were very reasonable for such a wonderful experience

Pleasant stay

This rental was nice but lacked a few things to make it a return rental for our family. The master bed was extremely low due to it no having a box spring (only 24" off the floor).We could not get into the rental, but the owner was kind enough to answer our call in the early hours of the morning (9-hour flight delay) to get in.The home was kind of dirty, but the owner sent the cleaners back to ensure we were satisfied with the cleanliness.There were more games offered than pictured in the "Game Room" off the garage.It was nice to have use of the garage during our stay, but the garage depth does not accommodate large vehicles. (Suburban/Expedition).Generally, a pretty quiet neighborhood.If you are working remotely, there is no desk space offered. The dining room table worked well as a make-shift desk.The hot tub was nice but directions for use would have been handy.

Great location, great set up for two families

Having two king beds for adults is wonderful, the bunk room comfortably slept our 3 kids and their two cousins. The house set up was great and the addition of the game room in the garage was wonderful for the kids. The hot tub was large enough for all 4 adults to have plenty of room.

Beautiful comfortable home

I was so comfortable staying here, I felt safe at all times. The house is very pretty. The beds were comfortable as well as the couch. The house had everything we needed & more. The garage was amazing, so big! The house was not far from the restaurants or grocery store. The jacuzzi was amazing & the backyard was big & clean!
