Walking into the home, you are greeted by a large foyer, complete with chandelier and grand piano. The foyer flows through into a large gleaming, contemporary kitchen, which is extremely well equipped: start with two ovens and a steam oven, plus scullery or kitchen prep room and the all-essential expresso machine.



You are spoilt for choice on where to relax after a long day delving into the region’s adventure sports activities, with a generous lounge and dining area, opening onto the wrap-around balcony. Which outdoor space do you fancy taking in the view in from? The second storey boasts a wrap-around balcony, while the first storey opens up to a private patio and expansive garden, dressed with outdoor furniture and a BBQ – an idyllic spot for alfresco dining.

We had a fabulous stay at this absolutely beautiful property on Lake Hayes! I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for large space with a beautiful view only 25 minutes from downtown Queenstown. Don’t look any further. Thanks for a great experience.

70th birthday celebrations

This property exceeded our expectations, plenty of room for a family of 12 to move around, a bathroom to each bedroom was a big plus. Well appointed kitchen. We all came & went with ease with the door code, just a couple of negatives: Coffee machine did not work. Seemed a little difficult to get a normal station on the TV in the lounge. And whilst we managed getting the recycling to the depot it was actually something we thought the cleaners should be able to do. I would highly recommend this property and the company that we dealt with. Thank you for our memorable stay. Queenstown definitely has a lot to offer.

Beautiful home, centrally located, loved the theater!!

We had one of the children get injured, spent New Years Eve in the emergency room! It was NOT the fault of the property or anyone else. He happened to land in the garden to the far left of the patio with all of his weight and landed on a cut off branch and had a pretty severe laceration!! He should NOT have been in the garden:))) We also left a pillow with a purple pillow case, if we could pick that up somewhere that would be great! If not no worries. Thanks so much!!

Luxurious and beautiful property

We were a party of 10 adults and this property suited our needs perfectly. Five Extremely Comfortable king size beds, beautifully appointed en-suite bathrooms, well- equipped kitchen and various lovely sitting areas with splendid views over the picturesque Lake Hayes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would have no hesitation in recommending it to others.
