MEMORIES ON MEMORIAL is a newly renovated and decorated three bedroom, two bath home in DOWNTOWN LAKE LURE. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! If you want to be close to everything Lake Lure has to offer, this is the home for you! We're one half mile from downtown. You can walk there, or it's only one minute by car.

The main level features an open inviting floor plan, with easy flow from room to room. The light and bright living room has a large sectional sofa and side chair to enjoy the giant flat screen TV. Gather around the formal dining room table with seating for eight to eat, play games, or plan the next days activities.

The kitchen with stainless steel appliances feels just like home, equipped with everything necessary to prepare vacation dinners or meals on the go. We know what guests want, and it's all here including KEURIG and DRIP coffee makers, dishwasher, microwave, ice maker, big drawer freezer in the refrigerator, washer, dryer, and ample cookware. In the kitchen you will also find a breakfast table for three. Just steps away outside is a GAS BBQ.

Our guests traveling with extended family are pleased to find this popular floor plan with all three bedrooms on the main level. The Master Suite has king size bed, and private bathroom with shower. Each of the two Guest rooms have queen size beds. The shared Guest bathroom has tub and shower.

The outdoor living area is what really sets us apart! The home is located on a private 1.2 acre lot with beautiful, lush mature trees and foliage. A Guest favorite is the FIRE PIT where many have made life long, lasting memories gathering in comfortable Adirondack chairs. Grill outside and eat at the outdoor dining table. If it's raining, walk down to the front of the home and sit under the covered porch.

An important additional feature is ample parking and convenient entry to the home. There is a large, flat concrete driveway. And COVERED PARKING, seldom found in Lake Lue. Many homes in Lake Lure have steep or sloped driveways making it difficult for extended family to navigate. Not here, PARKING IS FLAT AND EASY. The driveway also leads up to the main level of the home, steps to the entry door. This makes unloading luggage and groceries a breeze.

We are walking distance, or a one minute drive, to downtown Lake Lure where a highlight of our town is the boardwalk that runs along the lake by the picnic area, beach, downtown, and restaurants. Grab needed supplies and great food at Lured Café and Market. Or enjoy casual dining at La Strada Italian Restaurant or El Lago Mexican Restaurant
