Enjoy the stunning panoramic view from this beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo located at the 14 mile marker. Screened in porch, gas fireplace and a large gas grill. Two Master Suites, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed and private bath, Guest bedroom with two twins and a Queen sleeper in the living room. Stay connected with wireless internet. This unit is among the finest on our program.
Complex offers 4 swimming pools, and you can watch the Four Seasons fireworks from the comfort of the deck or even from inside the living room. Palisades is located between Seasons Ridge and The Cove, 2 of the Lake's finest golf courses. Golf around and seasonal packages are available.
Also located close to fine dining (Blue Heron), attractions, 110 store outlet mall and more. Unit offers 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, two twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa. Sleeps 8 people. Parking for two cars (one is reserved parking). We have 3 three bedroom units in this complex fairly close to each other.

Labor Day Getaway

I have stayed at a few rentals in the Palisades, I was just in another unit in July, and I typically love it. I have severe allergies to dust and mold, so I think this place needs a deep cleaning. I had itchy watery eyes the minute I set foot in this place, yet I was fine when I went outside. I got a call from the property manager with my key codes as I was driving, so I had to pull over and write them down. They have always been emailed to me in the past, so this was strange for me, I was concerned I had written them down correctly. For a three bedroom there were not enough towels supplied. I had to wash them daily. I also found dried blood stains on the bedding in the master. The layout and space of condo is perfect for my travel needs. The location is perfect distance from the strip and restaurants. This is a lovely condo; I just think it might need a better cleaning service. This was not the experience I have grown to expect at the Palisades.

Perfect Girl’s Weekend

We had a great time in the Ozarks in this Palisades property. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed including high end appliances: The screened porch has a beautiful view and was a great place to sit in the evenings. The condo is spacious and the three bathrooms are definitely a plus! Centrally located to shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

First of all everyone I talked to was very nice. And went out of their way to make me feel welcome.

We all had a very good time. We just lost 2 siblings an out of 7 boys their are only 3 of us left. The bed rooms were very nice. An overall it was good. The only bad thing was carpet dirty an broken chairs out side. But overall we talked about old times and had a very good time. Thank you.

Great Condo!

This is a very nice clean condo in a great location with a wonderful view of the beautiful Lake of The Ozarks. The condo has anything and everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The checkin process was smooth and we would definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing vacation at the Condo. Close to everything you could think of doing. Enjoyed pool time with the kids. Spacious, clean and updated, the pictures didn't do it justice. Only downside was the occupants upstairs they obviously had little ones and you could hear their little bare feet running and running and running. Our last night there it started at 8 and was still going on until after midnight. Can't control actions of rude inconsiderate people. Other than that it was amazing.
