Weekend with friends

Property matched description well. Wrap around deck has great views. Deck furniture could use updating and ceiling fan is missing a blade leaving it inoperable and a little air flow would have been nice although it didn't keep us from enjoying the deck. The mattress was a little too hard for my liking but friends said their mattress was comfy so it really is an individual preference. Host was easy to communicate with and overall we had a wonderful stay.

This was our second time staying in this condo. It did not disappoint. The weather wasn't as cooperative and the people staying next door could have been better. But this is by no means any fault of Ambers. Just one of those things that happens. The condo wasn't as clean as it was the last year when we were there. She did mention that help was getting extremely difficult. I'm not saying it was dirty, it just didn't have that fresh crisp look it had last year. Outside of that, it was wonderful. Comfy beds, front door parking and close to all the attractions.

Perfect for a lake getaway

We picked this property because of its location and lakeview and we were not disappointed. It was an easy drive without the winding rural roads looking for signs everywhere. When we arrived at the condo we parked right in front of the door and it was just a 15 walk to the door. The condo has 3 nice bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The living area and kitchen were spacious and very usable. In all honesty the walls and kitchen lighting were a bit dated but just an asthetic thing as all were quite functional. And...when you open the curtains and see the deck and lakeview you are transported to awesome lakelife. The deck is large, covered, and wraps all the way around the condo. It has a tv and tabletop firepit as well as several other pieces of furniture. The view is of the main channel is spectacular. The condo faces north towards Rocky Mount so there is no glaring sun in the mornng or evening when you are on the deck. The beds were comfortable and good sized. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking and eating utensils. We would 100 percent recommend Amber's place and I should mention that she was very communicative with us and easy to reach. We look forward to staying there again sometime.

Beautiful location

Our family of 5 takes a Thanksgiving trip every year and this was our first time going to the Lake in the Ozarks. The condo was absolutely perfect! It was well stocked with everything that we needed to fix our meals and then some. The view was beautiful and we really enjoyed the fire pit and tv that were on the patio! Amber was very quick to respond to any questions that I had during the booking and getting settled in once we arrived!

Relaxing Get-Away

Our family enjoyed our time here very much. We very much relaxed and sat on the expansive deck taking in the view of the lake and boats passing by. The condo was comfy and had everything we needed. Location was convenient to nearby restaurants and activities (10 mins from Bagnell Dam strip). Condo complex is pretty/peaceful with nice green areas for your pets. Would for sure return here!

The view and the deck were the star of the show. Condo was great, big beds, everything you need. But the wrap around deck is way bigger than you’d expect from any condo or house for that matter. Almost Perfect

The condo was perfect for our group. 3 Families, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Wish the bathrooms had been a bit bigger, but it isn't an issue. The huge deck was the most enjoyable. Plenty of space for all 7 plus a toddler. The views from the deck were spectacular. My only complaint was the front door knob. It has a lock with NO key. The keypad worked fine and locked and unlocked as it should. But the door handle has it's own separate lock. The toddler decided to lock the door handle without anyone's knowledge and we were locked out. .No one in the complex has a key, nor is anyone available to come unlock the door. So we had to call a locksmith and pay to get into the condo. If there is no key to the door handle on the front door, there should not be that type of handle there at all. That was an hour of all of us, including the 1 year old, standing around waiting on a locksmith and then paying to get in. It was just a bit more than irritating. Outside of the front door issue, it was a wonderful weekend.

We had a short stay over Easter break. Unit was beautiful, with plenty of space for our family. The deck was huge! It provided gorgeous views of the lake and was our favorite place to hang out in. The owner responded quickly to our inquiries and concerns. We enjoyed our stay, and can say this place is highly recommended!

View was great

We stayed off season so maybe we would have enjoyed it more if it was pool or lake time. The view was great, but the bedroom next to the wonderful large window was much colder than the rest of the condo. Not really that big of a deal. The complaint that we had was that it said there would be a fireplace. Well there was, but there was no propane in it. If we had known before we were there, unpacked, and settled in, that it was empty and that we were responsible for replacing the tank (a drive to Home Depot) and paying for it- we might have done that on the way in. But when the owner told us they were at the condo the day before we arrived, it kind of ticked us off, because they would have known, or could have checked the tank. So we didn't have a lit fireplace for our stay. Also a small coffee pot for the amount of people and no Keurig machine. We brought pods because the last half dozen places we stayed had one. Not a make it or break it but just surprised. Linens and bedding were nice.

The property was the perfect location for our little weekend adventure with friends. It was clean, cutely decorated, had an amazing patio/deck over looking the lake, and all the amenities we needed.
