I should have brought some antibacterial wipes. Check in was at 4:00, and we were told the room wouldn’t be ready until sometime after 5:30. It wasn’t ready at 5:30.
When we came back at 8:30 it seemed ready, but there was a pile of trash tucked away next to the desk, and a candy wrapper (thank god it was a candy wrapper) next to the bed. The bedding seemed clean. The condition of the room., differed maintenance, could use a patch in the wall, a fresh coat of paint on the walls and bathroom door, the carpeting is coming away in places.
Trying to settle in for the night and we realize there aren’t any towels, so we asked and they brought 2 almost dry from the dryer. We turn on the TV and realize the volume doesn’t go up past a whisper, that’s okay because the walls are thin. A light turned itself on and off in the bathroom., fun ghost vibe.
This was during a holiday weekend. I imagine they are understaffed. The staff there seemed stressed and apologetic. I would try to avoid this place, but if you do book, bring some antibacterial wipes and maybe your own towels.
Also, they don’t mention it on the booking website or their website but there is a $25 fee per pet.
