Everything was excellent except the middle of the night fire alarm. We had to evacuate the hotel for nearly 2 hours while fire department cleared the alarm.

This is our go to hotel in South Shore because of the great location in the Village and the outstanding condition of the facility. The staff at all levels are courteous and helpful and the amenities are extensive. It is just a short walk to anything you may need during your stay. Will definitely go back next time we visit.
