This place definitely needs some work and maintenance. The walls are so thin, you can hear everything that is happening outside and upstairs. The bed was uncomfortable and pillows flat. The staff member during check-in was short and not forthcoming with any information. Parking sucks. The only thing this place has going for itself is the location but with so many other places to stay nearby I will not be coming here again. If you’re just looking for a place to holdup it will do, however if you want quiet and relaxation then this isn’t it.

Upstairs person walked a lot during the late hours. We could hear all the footsteps and noise, even in the late hours. We could also hear the water run from the shower from the upstairs or adjoining rooms. A laminate wood plank was broken in front of the bathroom causing a bit of a tripping hazard. We liked that it was walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Hotel is in the perfect location right across from heavenly and close to beach access. I’ve come to this location before and it just needs some love and updating. Walls are paper thin, air conditioner started making a horrible noise at 4am. Fire pit wasn’t able to turn on, and there was not enough hot water to go around. I booked for the tub, but needed consistent hot water.

The room was ok , it was clean .it does look that the room needs to be remodel because all the furniture have sings of wear and tear . The other problem is that at least the room that i stay, the other room doors are like literally outside my door so the close and opening of othe other doors are loud. But i guess the price that you pay for you stay is not bad so you get for what you pay.

the pictures used are nothing like the rooms at all. I was stuck in a poorly designed room with a silly jaccuzzi taking up the room. Who's going to use it not knowing its sanitary and had to paid higher price for the room.

I've stayed here before in the past and brought some descrepancies to the management at that time, I do like the rooms, however, the bed is not comfortable and the pillows are to soft. Otherwise enjoyed the stay.

Walls were really thin, we could hear everything. The people staying in the room above us were so noisy and we could hear every steps they were making. So far the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. We couldn’t sleep for 2 nights, those above us were using their hot tub more than 4 times a day including at 3 in the morning and at 7 in the morning, knowing there are quiet hours that needed to be respected. The man at the front desk was not very welcoming.

Romantic getaway...

The room was clean but the bathroom sink cabinet showed considerable wear. The room was extremely warm/hot. We had to call the front desk as the pilot light was putting out too much heat. The lovely young lady came right over and turned it off. Making sure that I knew how to re-lught the pilot light in case we needed it later on. The bed was comfortable. The towels were pretty good, however they all seemed to be from different brands. All in all a pleasant time.

Will NOT be Staying Here Again.

Will absolutely not be staying here again. Not only was the room sub par (cobwebs on lamps, lamps with blown out bulbs, no place to hang wet towels, etc), but in the early hours of the morning, a drunk guest was screaming threats at his wife or girlfriend at the top of his lungs! Tried calling the front desk but no answer, thankfully the cops showed up. The next morning told the front desk what happened and they acted all surprised that the cops were here. When I asked if they had anyone on site at that time, first they said no, then said they was here (yet he didn't pick up the phone?). We asked for a refund, but they said no, but they would "see what they could do" on our next visit. As if we would ever stay there again.
