The hotel is nasty, and on top of it, poor customer service and dirty bathrooms. The manager was rude. I will never stay in this hotel again. They need a new manager, someone who is more sympathetic and humane.

We had a great stay! The room was clean and warm. The staff was great, and they answered our questions well; they were also kind people in general. We arrived late due to the snow and had called ahead to prepare ourselves. Seems they already have a system for people who are coming late, just make sure you call them ahead of time! Great place, will definitely book with them again when we come back.
