In the guest home composed of two separately accessed floors, this vacation rental overlooks the lake and is ideal for your next vacation with friends and family! The upstairs main level is open and spacious with a living and dining room with a new couch and large TV. Enjoy a good soak in the private hot tub downstairs. The kitchenette has been upgraded with a new stovetop and conventional oven to help you prepare a delightful lunch between games, and you can take your plates out to the balcony to enjoy your meals al-fresco with spectacular lake views. The main level has four well-appointed bedrooms to take advantage of, and downstairs the guest space has two more, one of them with an en suite bath. A great space for teens, the downstairs level is completely separated from the upstairs, with no access between. The home also features a new mini fridge and microwave!

Outside, the patio is furnished with lots of furniture, a firepit, and a gas grill, ideal for those summer evening barbecues. The kids can romp around the enclosed yard, and directly across the street in front of the house, there is a dock and a rocky beach to explore, so be sure to bring along the complimentary beach towels. Watch your favorite Netflix movies on the flatscreen TV while the central AC keeps the home nice and cool. The private washer/dryer will ensure everyone's clothes are sparkling clean, so you can afford to pack light for your trip. Beautiful home and property

The house & property are beautiful. Property manager, Daisy, was INCREDIBLE. My only issue was the lack of description of where each bedroom is located. I called to ask for details or a floorplan, but the mgt co service could not tell me anything beyond what the listing said. This caused a little chaos upon arrival. With 20 people in our group ranging from 3 to 80 years old, it would have been easier knowing ahead of time where everyone would be sleeping. So until the true bedroom & bathroom description is provided, here it is:MAIN HOUSE: 3 bedrooms. One gigantic master with a king bed and full bathroom, a second master with a king and full bath, and a double-over-double bunk bed room. There is also one full bath right off the kitchen and living room area with is the main bathroom of the house and also the one the bunk bed room guests use.GUEST HOUSE (not attached to the house) BOTTOM FLOOR: You walk directly in to the bedroom with one queen & a bunkbed. You must walk THROUGH this bedroom to get to the second bedroom which has a queen bedroom and a full bath, which can only be accessed by walking THROUGH that bedroom. So these bedrooms ARE NOT PRIVATE. GUEST HOUSE UPPER LEVEL: Can only be accessed via stairs on the OUTSIDE. This area has 3 Queen bedrooms and 1 King bedroom. 2 full baths (shared), kitchen, living room area and a large balcony. Lovely space, but maybe not for 80 year olds to walk up those stairs in dark rainy nights?We did enjoy our stay very much!

Great location but overall disappointing

This was an ideal location with proximity to the park and grocery store, however, the house fell very short of expectations. The house clearly needs a great deal of maintenance and communication was very poor concerning important details. Firstly, we arrived and could not enter the house due to the incorrect instructions given and had to call and wait for over 30 minutes to get the correct codes from the property management company. The washing machine in the main house did not work and was sitting out on the back porch when we arrived. The trash was also left full from the previous guests and we were forced to figure out where to remove it upon arriving. Light bulbs were out in several rooms, the internet connectivity is very poor. One of the sinks in the guest house bathroom didn’t drain very well. There are pieces of tile that have fallen off in the master bathroom and in general, the house simply appears to be being poorly maintained. Additionally, there was no coffee pot to the coffee maker so we had to buy one if we wanted coffee in the morning (a Keurig pod coffee maker was available but completely impractical for a family of coffee drinkers. Also, if you didn’t know this and bought coffee, it was pointless.) We left the coffee maker we purchased at the house for others to avoid the same issues. Most distressing however was that strangers kept arriving unannounced at the house. We had young children with us and we did not appreciate that people could just simply enter

Lake house

The overall property is lovely, the lake is gorgeous. We were disappointed with the outdoor furniture. It was still in a shed, a cleaning person was still there when we arrived at 4:30. She helped us get some furniture, and said to get the rest out ourselves.There were no dining areas set up outdoors, no umbrellas. Furniture cushions were very dirty and worn. The inside of the house was pretty good. There was a large insect nest by the dining table that never got cleaned. Kinda yuck. Fortunately the weather was gorgeous and we spent lots of time outside with the camping chairs. Worked out okay for our family of 13.
