4600 sq. ft. tropical resort on one acre in peaceful Eucalyptus Hills. Huge modern kitchen and bar is an entertainer's dream, while sprawling, lush, manicured yard with breathtaking views is the ultimate private oasis.

Large pool with jacuuzi, waterslide, Bocce ball, cornhole, poolside bathroom, and large fire pit. Sonos speaker system inside and out. Flip down tv on patio for watching movies while soaking in the jacuuzi.

Arcade games, pool table, fooseball, air hockey, skeeball, basketball, ping pong, and Playstation.

25 minutes from downtown, beaches, and other points of interest. Lots of local trails and lakes for hiking and fishing just 5-10 minutes away. Several casinos within 10-20 minutes.

EXTRAS

PETS allowed with $150 fee per stay.

ADDITIONAL OVERNIGHT GUESTS beyond 16, including children, will be charged an additional fee per night of $50.

PARKING on property for 20-25 vehicles. NO street parking.

QUIET hours are 10pm to 6am. This is a family neighborhood and loud music or partying will result in your trip being ended early!

POOL cannot be heated in colder months. Inquire about heating fee for late Spring and early Fall.

This is an incredible property! Beautiful, extremely well maintained, well stocked and the property manager was quick to answer when we had questions. Our kids and grandkids had a wonderful time with all the things this home had to offer as far as keeping them busy and entertained.

We hosted a party at this home and absolutely loved it. The design is beautiful, thoughtfully laid out, and perfect for entertaining. Communication with the owner was easy and responsive throughout the entire process. We had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this property. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at this stunning home for two nights to host an intimate wedding reception, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how beautiful, clean, and spacious the property was — even better than the photos!The home had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked, the outdoor spaces were gorgeous and perfect for gathering, and every room was beautifully furnished and comfortable. It made the weekend feel extra special and created the perfect backdrop for celebrating with our closest family and friends.The host was fantastic — communicative, welcoming, and quick to respond to any questions. We felt so taken care of throughout our stay.We made unforgettable memories here and are so grateful we found this property. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful and relaxing place to stay — especially for special occasions. We would absolutely love to return one day!

Beautiful home, Sherri was very communicative and friendly. However there was paving work being done the last day, so her driveway was off limits along with the entire street. The pavers didn’t do one side, then the other, oddly, they blocked off the whole road and made it so nobody could go in or out for a couple of days. Her neighbors made the experience horrible, watching my family’s every move, complaining that we parked on a public road, but in front of their houses, which by the way, was the instruction. I received about 5 phone calls in the span of a couple of hours about being double parked on the road, but it was her neighbor that actually boxed people in! Her home has ample driveway parking, so that definitely wouldn’t be a problem for anyone. BUT, the house itself is immaculate, we had a very nice bday party for my daughter the day before, so no complaints. The owner is fantastic, her neighbors though, much different story, so we actually ended our stay early due to the harassment. I should also point out that the bday party was for my 11 year old, we had no loud music, and we’re not disruptive to anyone or the neighborhood. Beautiful home, very clean, plenty of space, ample driveway parking, just bad timing.
