Perfectly located, this home is within 5 minutes of public marinas and free boat launch. It’s just 10 minutes to the clear, cold, trout-filled water of the world-renown White River where you can enjoy some of the best trout fishing ever.
THE PROPERTY
The moment you enter this home, you will be amazed by the views of the Howard Creek area on Bull Shoals Lake, a virtual “Promised Land” here in Arkansas! Cool off in the home’s spacious open concept, and let everyone enjoy great fellowship in the living room with cozy fireplace for chilly evenings. Easy access to outdoor deck will allow you to view stunning sunsets while grilling and sharing stories of the day, or enjoy the fire pit with the family toasting s’mores.
Enjoy the fully furnished kitchen with breathtaking lake views, 6 bar stools nestled around the large island bar plus a dining table to share the days’ adventures. A washer and dryer are available if needed. The master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, private bath, large walk-in closet, TV and stunning views of the lake with access to rear deck. Bedroom two offers a queen-sized bed, TV and access to hall bath. Bedroom 3 offers two queen-sized beds, TV and fabulous views of the lake with private access.
THE LOCATION
Bring your lake or river boat to maximize your stay at this lakefront property. Free lake and river boat ramps are close by or leave lake boat at local marina. If you don’t have a boat, you can easily rent a ski or bass boat, Jet Ski, or pontoon for the day at Lakeview Marina or Bull Shoals Lake Boat dock just minutes away. There are several locations to bank fish on the lake & river or if you’re looking for a trip of a lifetime try a guided ½ day trip on the White River!
Need a break from the lake or river be sure to check out Bull Shoals-White River State Park just down the road. The park offers hiking and biking tails, summer interpretive programs for children and adults, camping sites and the James A. Gaston Visitor Center. The center includes info on Bull Shoals Dam, a movie about the White River and museum displays. Bull Shoals Theater of the Arts offers a variety of different entertainment. Bull Shoals Caverns and Mountain Village 1890 is just 10 minutes away. Or bowl a game or two at Bull Shoals Lanes. The Twin Lakes Area also has various craft malls and antique stores.
For fine dining with a casual atmosphere, try Gaston’s Restaurant overlooking the White River or the 178 Club in Bull Shoals. For more casual food, Beacon Point, Hank & Kate’s Bakery, Connie’s Restaurant Bush’s Pizza and Laura’s Mexican Kitchen all are within 10 minutes. We had a wonderful time, the only negative was that we are big into grilling and thought by the pictures and description that it had a decent size gas grill. No gas grill as described in the welcome book as well, should be updated. But other than that minor issue, awesome all week.

Year 22 on Bull Shoals

Property is appealing, attractive inside and well kept. Bedrooms are spacious and beds were great. Has a beautiful big deck off the living room with great views of the lake. Kitchen is more than ample size and well equipped. House is just a few minutes from Mountain Home, two marinas, fishing, boating, groceries and restaurants. After 12 years of being an hour's drive up the lake, it was nice to be back near the conveniences of a close town. My 2 adult sons have been spending a week on the lake "catching up" for 22 years and my grandson joined 3 years ago. This location suited us well.

Beautiful View of a Gorgeous Lake from a Great House

This was our 2nd time staying at The View house. It is perfect for our family. Spacious, clean and all the staples you need. I place a grocery order at Walmart, pick it up on the way to check in. Lakeview Mariana is a minute away for a rental slip for our boat, or to rent a boat. Every room has a flat screen TV which is great. After a long day on the water kick back and watch a movie enjoy some quiet time. Wonderful Happy Hour's on the large deck or at the long kitchen counter. The Host's have set this up for their guest to truly enjoy the lake experience. We love it.

Quiet and Relaxing

Property was just as listed. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. Absolutely gorgeous views of the lake from all over the house. Plenty of room for our family. Nice and cozy. It rained one day so we had to stay inside the house and we really enjoyed it. Fire pit overlooking the lake was the best!!!! Would love to return.
