The kitchen opens onto a living room with a sofa (not a sofa bed), a flat-screen TV, a table, and four chairs. There is a separate bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), a wardrobe, and access to the terrace on the parking side of the building. A second bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and two wardrobes, also with access to the terrace. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a sink, a hairdryer, and a separate toilet. There is a laundry room in the residence with washing machines. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment and in the residence's common room. The apartment will be rated 4**** in December 2024.
