- 120 sqm penthouse on one level consisting of three double bedrooms, three bathrooms, large living room with sofas, dining area for 6/8 people, kitchen area with air conditioning;
- 120 sqm overhanging terrace (of the same extension as the house), overlooking the Porto Vecchio and Cala Palme, partly protected by a canopy, furnished for 6/8 people and equipped for kitchen, barbecue, lounge and sundeck area, outdoor showers.
The house is equipped with ceiling paddle ventilation and air conditioning
Pets allowed.
