I liked how clean and quiet it was the hot tub was the best part the free breakfast was great. What I didnt like was the part when I was trying to make a cup of coffee in my room and the coffeemaker just popped open the coffee pod and exploded all over my arm and my sisters we called to get help and The person that came to help was more worried about the coffee maker then us getting burned until we had to ask him to please get us some burn cream and the second situation was my sisters and I were sitting by the hot tub enjoying our time and one of the employess of the hotel came up to us and said That he was told we were making too much noise the night before when the actual truth was I was woken up at 5:30 in the morning from the room next door to me putting on their tv to the highest volume and talking very loud and slamming door several times we felt very upset nto be blamed for something just not right or professional to blame without knowing who it was. We spoke to manager at checkout and were given $100 off We should have been given a free night for these 2 issues.

Best Westerns are always modest/low key but this one had a "rustic flair" very well maintained. It was very clean, the staff were lovely. Nice fitness center and pool and the included breakfast was unusually broad and good. I'd recommend it highly for anyone in that part of Pennsylvania. Very good value for the money!
