Great staff. My first choice room I paid for was not available. They did try to reach me about 45 minutes to check in to try to advise me. They found me another room so I wasn’t too upset. The jacuzzi suite for myself is always an extra treat. I reported the light fixture in the main sleeping area was flickering but I was only staying one night and there were plenty of other lighting options available so also not a deal breaker.

When u arrived at the property my bed linens were dirty. I helped change the sheets. I received no discount for this. The hallway carpeting was filthy. Prior to checking in the property called me to find out what time i would be coming. This was about 3 pm. I explained that i was at the hospital with my father who was dying. I assured them that I was coming. At 8:30 they called me again to find out when I was coming. Seemed very insensitive when I had already explained what was happening and assured them that I was coming. No plates for first breakfast, overall not a great experience.

Had a problem with checking into two rooms . First room the keys wouldn't work tired three different sets. Second room smells like weed and cigarettes. The lady at the front desk was trying her best to help me she gave me some air freshener to try and clear the smell and let the room air out with the windows open. But it was to strong of a smell and the bad part about it the room supposed to be no smoking room. But that didn't help the smell so they hard no other room to give me but the one with the keys not working and if I still have that problem in the morning they would try to give me another room. But the lady was so nice to walk up the room to make sure the keys work I didn't get her name but she works nights and she try her best but I get it she can only do so much on her part. But other then you got people smoking in the hallway stairs doors and kids running up and down the hallways. Breakfast bar was poor that all I can say about it juice machine wasn't working either of the days I was there.
