I like how spacious the room was. I don't like the stairs. I hope they install handicap. The worst experience I had was there are bed bugs in our bed and I woke up with lots of bites and very itchy. I did not have good sleep as I was scratching the whole time. I don't recommend this hotel's cleanliness and hygiene.

Staff was incredibly nice. The hotel itself was updated but the bathrooms were very weathered. Large gap under the room door. Micro pillows on the beds. Breakfast was limited to waffles and pastries, no proteins.

I’m not typically one to leave bad reviews or reviews at all but this one I made a point to. The hotel was overall dingy, the box spring sheets had stains all over them, the toilet set was discolored and the porcelain in the bowl was all scratched, along with a carpet I refused to walk barefoot on. The hotel had a musky smell and I kept the AC on all night to try to remedy that. I stood here after a 4 hour drive from NYC to go to Dutch Wonderland the next day with my wife and two very young children; had I known for the price (150$) I would of just shelled out the extra ($50) and stayed at the CN Hotel and gotten complimentary tickets to the park as well. Management, if you’re gonna charge 150$ a night atleast make sure your establishment reflects the price!

Filthy room, foul odor, mold under rubber mat in shower, dried pink lotion on conditioner,,,a Hair in our Ice bucket,,,asked for new bucket, desk clerk looked but none available, apology given, gave me a plastic bag,,,,,only two bath towels, no blow dryer, no bath floor mat so had to use one of two towel, walls thin can hear everything

We entered our room to find something gross smeared on the wall, toothpaste on the bathroom sink, something dirty on the front of the toilet, dirty door frames and doors… when we asked if the bathroom could be cleaned, we were told no one was there to do it. We checked out and went to a different hotel. Very inconvenient and very disappointing to have had chosen this hotel first.
