Outstanding!! Check-in was quick and easy. Lobby was very clean and well organized (no clutter etc.) As soon as we entered room you could tell is was very clean. No unpleasant smells just a pleasant smelling cleaning product. Some lights on for us and room AC was pre set to comfortable temperature. Furniture and fixtures modern and with no issues. Bedding fresh and soft. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom just also well maintained and clean. Checkout was also very pleasant Manger/Desk person was great - you can feel the sense of pride he has with his business. If traveling to Lancaster - highly recommend this location

the room was clean looked like it had been remodeled but seem to have plumbing issues and a spider lol but nothing major. the staff was nice enough and helpful. the breakfast area lobby were clean and also remodeled. we only stayed one night but for the price and distance from event venue it was a good deal for the money...and they actually had a breakfast waffle eggs and sausage so the kids could eat before we left was a plus.
