Where should I start. First, front desk clerk, young lady. I walk in and she was on her cell phone watching something. Needs lots of customer service training. Not a person with disabilities friendly. No ramps for any mobility aid. I think it’s very unsafe for people with disabilities. The building in general is very outdated. Lack of lightings in the rooms. Overall the place is terrible… Enough said.. I think I’ve done enough damage here..

I’ve been staying at this location for the past few years for my children’s Spooky Nook tournaments. It was always a borderline low budget choice that made some sense since the rooms themselves, while by no means luxurious, were pretty decent and the location is fine. It was just the common areas that were a bit questionable in terms of clientele and cleanliness. That is still somewhat the case but the common areas have significantly degraded, with more guests now of a long term aimless variety (perhaps government beneficiaries) and the smell of their pets and pet accident cleanups now permeating the property instead of just the former pot smell. I reluctantly will pay more to stay elsewhere on future visits.

Needed a last minute place to stay for my daughter’s dance competition. Didn’t spend a lot of time in the room, literally just to sleep. Over all outside appearance seemed okay. Small Lobby, has an odor once you leave lobby into the halls, elevator was a little sketchy. Have regular tenants that live in hotel with animals. Top floor seems to be the only floor that was remodeled. Towels dirty had hair on them, or stains. One or two towels seemed to be clean, so definitely bring your own towels, because the towels were dirty the comforter and bedding sketched me out so also bring your own blankets.

Property location was good for shoppingand show. Staff was very helpful at checkin. Room was not very clean and run down. Found hair in sink in tub and on bed. Was really disgusted. Would not stay here again.
