The property was excellent and we would recommend this place to anyone. The host was amazing. Communication was excellent, and they worked very hard to make sure that we enjoyed our stay. Fully stocked and family friendly

This cabin is beautiful and the pictures can't explain how big this cabin is. We took a family vacation to this cabin and everyone was in awe. The cabin was clean, dishes and utensils fully stocked (blenders, tons of bowls, extra tables and chairs ready to be put up, coffee makers etc.)Everything great, accommodations amazing, the only thing we struggled with was the cabin getting hot upstairs during the day, but the temps outside were real feel 110 outside and the sun was shining on the windows, so its no fault to the cabin or owner. The owner stayed in contact and gave us updates on the way. Contactless check in giving as much privacy as youre wanting! We would absolutely stay again if the family chose to do another getaway.

Wonderful Vacation House

This beautiful house hosted me, my family and our extended family. The layout was perfect for us! We had areas to all be together as well as areas of privacy. The house is filled with lots of homey conveniences (Alexa devices, a variety of games, extras you may have forgotten, large beach towels, and many other amenities). The pool was perfect for kids and adults. The hot tub was amazing! The hosts were great- they quickly responded when we had a question and check in and checkout were super easy. We look forward to staying here again soon!

Chill Bachelor/Bachelorette weekend!

We recently stayed at Valhalla hills for a joint bachelor/bachelorette weekend for my partner and myself with our friends to celebrate our upcoming wedding! We had an amazing time - we enjoyed the outdoors while playing games on the property, spent some time in the pool and hot tub, and generally enjoyed the spacious accommodations! The location is so scenic and the house is such a gorgeous and unique space! Justin and Hilary were easy to contact and very responsive. We would definitely consider coming back in the future!

Family Reunion

Our extended family met together here for the Easter weekend, and it was a perfect fit for us. There was a large enough area to share meals together, but still all the space we needed to sprawl. The kids had fun exploring the property, playing pool and chilling in the tv game room. Everyone had a bed to sleep in, and the two kitchens came in handy. We booked it because of all the room, and the proximity to good hiking. Great place, and would definitely recommend it!

We rented this house for a bachelorette and had an excellent weekend. The host was quick to respond and very accomadating to our group. The house was perfectly located near a town and close to popular hikes. Great amenities, we loved the sauna and hot tub! Highly recommend for any large group.

Annual friend group trip

We had 8 couples get together for the weekend, and this was the perfect spot for us. So much space, multiple living areas, more than enough beds, and lots of things to do. We enjoyed the hot tub and sauna during the chilly weekend. Super unique spot, would definitely recommend.

Family Christmas

Our family had a wonderful 6 night stay to celebrate Christmas together. Multiple generations came together in this lovely space. We had lots of elementary and middle school aged children and they loved playing pool and ping pong not to mention the sleeping loft and bunk room. The multiple kitchens were great for meal prep and the were well stocked for a large group. The 3 ovens were key for us cooking Christmas Dinner. The house was clean and well prepared for our visit. Check in and check out were very smooth. Communication with the owners was top notch, they provided quick communication back to us responding within an hour or less. It was a lovely stay.

Birthday Weekend

Every year, I plan a long weekend with about 20 friends to celebrate my birthday. This was by far the best place we have booked in the 6 years we have done this! Not only is it beautiful and super unique, but it also had SO much space/room for us to hang out and spend time together. It's also always hard to find a place to accommodate sleeping arrangements for large groups and this allowed us all to have our own bed! The hosts also left a super cute note with a wonderful little care package which is a great personal touch! Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and family!

Our family get together of 22 over Thanksgiving found the property spacious and inviting. With seven children 7 and under, their parents, and their parents; there was plenty of kitchen space for food preparation and serving, adult and children space for entertainment, and outdoor space for play, walking and exercise. The proximity to Lancaster was great for shopping, restaurants and bars. Although there was a malfunctioning thermostat for the downstairs HVAC, the response on a holiday by the owner and his HVAC contractor was unbelievably timely. We made use of the dual downstairs TV’s for viewing the OSU-Michigan game with ample seating space for our large group. A number of attendees used both the hot tub and the sauna with me, personally, using both every morning. The pool, understandably, was seasonally covered. For our large family group, the property was very comfortable. Its central location was accessible for our driving from four states. We will strongly consider it for coming get togethers.
