This two bedroom, one and a half bath, 1880's rowhome has the perfect layout!  It has been beautifully restored and cared for, with tasteful touches across an open and inviting layout. The main level includes a fully equipped kitchen, adjacent dining area, half-bath, and a spacious living room with a leather couch and 65” Smart TV. The home has business class Xfinity internet. Exiting the living room area, guests will find a small private outdoor patio, just perfect for entertaining even on cooler evenings. Up the stairs to the second floor, the master bedroom and a full bathroom with a full-size washer & dryer and open hallway that looks down upon the first floor. Follow the stairs to the third level, and there is a light-filled space loft bedroom furnished with a leather chair and queen-size bed.
