It's less than 300 metres from Lancieux's main beach.

The house is composed as follows:

Ground floor:

A pretty 42 m² living room (with wood-burning stove), a comfortable sofa and armchairs, a TV. A dining table for 8 guests.
- A fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with a combination fridge, dishwasher, induction hob with extractor fan, Nespresso pod coffee maker and filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.
- The living room and kitchen have direct access to the south-facing terrace.
- The house has a utility room with a microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer.

-Also on the ground floor is the master suite with a double bed (140x190) and a shower room with walk-in shower, heated towel rail and washbasin.
The bedroom has direct access to the terrace.

-Separate WC.

First floor:

- Bedrooms n°2 and n°3 have a double bed (140x190), a chest of drawers and wardrobe.
- Bedroom 4 has 2 single beds (90x190) and storage space with wardrobe.
- On the same landing is a bathroom (shower) and separate WC.


If you are coming on holiday with children, there is a cot (without mattress) and a high chair.

Outside :

There is a 150 m² south-facing garden with trees, which is fully enclosed. To make the most of the garden, there is an outside dining table, a parasol and a relaxation area with garden furniture.
Weber charcoal barbecue available.

Neighbourhood :

The house is ideally located in Lancieux. You can walk into the village to take advantage of the local shops (bakery, restaurants, bars, local grocer, cheese shop, fishmonger, pharmacy, etc.). The village has 6 beaches, and you can also discover the magnificent Bay of Lancieux, one of Brittany's best spots for kite-surfing!

You'll be less than 45 minutes' drive from all the tourist attractions (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan, Cap-Fréhel, etc.).

Lancieux is just 5 minutes' drive from the neighbouring village of Saint-Briac-Sur-Mer and 10 minutes from Saint-Lunaire. You can take advantage of a wide range of activities, including the Dinard (Saint-Briac) and Lancieux golf courses, beautiful walks along the Gr34, local markets and produce, and a host of water sports.


Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park a vehicle in the courtyard of the house.
Parking around the house is free all year round.

- All rooms are equipped with electric shutters.
-A second fridge is available in the garage.
- Back from the beach: you can have direct access to the garden via the garage to rinse your feet and your beach gear (hose provided).
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4-star hotel-quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be made up on arrival.
