The holiday house with a rustic but at the same time modern interior enjoys a quiet, but central location about 2km outside of Landeck, one of the most popular holiday destinations in Tyrol. The accommodation is nestled into an impressive mountain landscape, not far from the major Tyrolean ski resorts. All around there is idyllic planted greenery.Generous and comfortable holiday house with a heatable outdoor pool, sauna and fitness area, for sports activities in summer and in winter, discovering the charming surroundings and enjoying the wonderful mountain panorama from your terrace after an exciting day
The living space of around 186mÂČ has heating throughout and is spread over two floors. The upper floor has a fully-equipped kitchen (stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine) with an adjoining dining space for 12 people, as well as two bedrooms (a three-bed room and a double room, 180 x 200cm and 90 x 200cm), a separate WC and a shower room with a washbasin. There is a rustic Tyrolean living room has a stone pine corner bench and an integrated tiled fireplace stove, right next to the cooking and dining space. The lower floor has three bedrooms, of which two have a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the other has three single beds (90 x 200cm). They each have their own washbasin. There is also a shower room and a separate WC, each without a washbasin. You can use a leisure room variably, with Internet and a workspace. From here you can access the sauna and fitness room next door with an ergometer and treadmill. You can use a washing machine for laundry.
The lower outdoor are features a partially roofed panoramic terrace with sun loungers, canopy swings and various sitting areas, including comfortable outdoor lounge furniture. Stairs lead to the upper terrace with a covered swimming pool, which reaches temperatures of up to 35°C in summer owing to solar heating on the roof. In other seasons the pool is heated to at least 25°C with a heat exchanger. The pool is closed during winter months (Octobre till end of April). The charcoal grill invites you to enjoy leisurely grill evenings. The upper outdoor area also has a balcony on the west side. The partially roofed terrace on the north-east side provides a table tennis table. The outdoor area affords a fantastic mountain panorama, an impressive sight either in summery green or wintery white. Four car parking spaces are available behind the house. Two cars, one large and one small, can also be parked optionally on the parking spaces belonging to the house on the street.
Wireless Internet access is available throughout the accommodation free of charge, there is only a deposit due for the repeater which is returned on departure. There is a travel bed available for small children up to 3 years old, as well as a highchair and a retaining bar for a normal bed to prevent falling.
Pure nature but nevertheless the flair of a small town nearby, as well as Innsbruck, the capital of the Alps, or Samnaun, the tax-free shopping paradise. In winter, the house is amidst the diverse Tyrolean skiing region and in summer you can set off on trips and adventures by bike or on foot right from the house. It is amidst the perhaps most beautiful area in Tyrol. Especially in winter, the wider area of Arlberg, Paznaun, Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and the proximity to Ischgl and the Ătztal ensure that your holiday house is a perfect starting point for an enjoyable stay.
