Oyster Retreat - Four Bedroom House, Sleeps 8

Beautiful, tranquil and full of surprises are just a few things this
stunning beach house and Langebaan have in common. Oyster Retreat
boasts 4-bedrooms and can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in style and
comfort.

The house has the space and amenities to suit all your needs while
enjoying a well-deserved vacation in one of Cape Town's most beautiful
areas. An open plan living area leads to an enclosed patio with
built-in braai/ BBQ and opens up to a perfectly blue splash pool to
enjoy in the hot summer months. The kitchen is well equipped for a
self-catering stay, and there is a guest toilet on the ground floor.
There is streaming enabled smart TVs downstairs as well as upstairs
with Showmax for relaxing nights in.

2 of the bedrooms have queen beds and en-suite bathrooms featuring a
bathtub and a shower. The remaining 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 2
singles, accessing the shared bathroom featuring a shower.

Situated on the West Coast, Langebaan is a haven for bird watchers with
over 300 species of birds found in the lagoon waters. Take a hike over
dunes, swim in the clear blue ocean or keep an eye out for whales
during October and November. The white beaches surrounding the clear
waters of the lagoon are one of the main attractions, offering sailing,
kayaking, kitesurfing, and fishing opportunities.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
Only registered guests and vehicles will be granted access to the estate. As this is a quiet residential area, no parties or loud noise are permitted, and entry will not be allowed for any unregistered visitors. The estate has a strict 30 km/h speed limit, with warnings or fines for violations.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.

The Property Manager will arrange a check in time with guests to meet at the property, which is situated at Oyster Close, Calypso Beach, Langebaan

The Property Manager will hand the keys to the guest and share with them knowledge about the apartment and surroundings including the house rules.
