Everything was perfect. The guy at the check in counter was friendly and amazing. On our second day, there was a very rude women, not friendly at all. There was several adults in the lobby area in which was not in her view at all, and she literally told everyone that we are to be in our rooms in 30 minutes. Mind you, all adults were just sitting there at tables enjoying ourselves. We only knew 4 adults too. She was VERY rude and it was completely uncalled for

When we tried to check in, none of the rooms were ready for anyone until after 5 for a 3 checkin. The room we got did not have the handicap walkin tub, I had requested for my wife. It was just okay, was not like the other places we have done on the app. It worked for what was needed, but not a high regarded place.

We arrived fairly late Saturday evening after working an event all day. The property was clean however we were looking forward to a hot, relaxing shower and that is not what we had at all. The water pressure and temperature were extremely mild. The shower barely equal a trickle from a faucet. In addition to it being just slightly above cool temperature wise.
