We offer FREE Airport pickup (Using a Van) to bring you straight to the Villa.
The villa is designed by famous Filipino architect Dave Pastrano, with a rustic industrial modern feel, the house is built to age beautifully. It comfortably fits 10 pax perfect for medium / big families. The unique indoor / outdoor pool is 2.5m x 6.5m for a total of 16.25square meters at 4 feet deep. Perfect to cool down after exploring the city.
The Villa kitchen is equipped with complete utensils for cooking including oil, salt, pepper etc. Watch Netflix with the 42" LED TV in the masters bedroom.
When at the villa, you are provided with free hi speed fiber wifi. Step out and we provide you with a free pocket wifi (loaded with data) to help you explore the city. Also provided free for use is a basic cellphone pre programmed with important contact numbers. It is 500m to the outside of the village. Lots of shops, restaurants, massage, money changers and activities right outside the village. For added safety, there is a brand new state of the art hospital 2 KM away.

All areas are accessible by guests except the following :
-Service area / Pump room (OFF LIMITS TO GUESTS)
-Stock room (OFF LIMITS TO GUESTS)
Other things to note
* Late check out which was not coordinated in advance will be charged half day rate.
* No smoking inside the house. Smoking area is provided for in the garden and the garage billiard table area where there is an ash tray.
* The village enforces quiet hours from 10PM to 7AM.
* There is no washing machine on site, however, guests can have the staff bring the clothes to a local laundry shop 5 minutes away. The shop charges PHP30 per kilo (wash and fold).
* We strongly discourage frying of dried fish (buwad) or consumption of durian fruit inside the villa. They have a very strong unpleasant smell which may stay for days and other guests might be uncomfortable with the scent.
* Furnitures should NOT be moved from the outside to the inside or vice versa. Likewise, indoor furniture should not be relocated to a different area of the house.
* Lots of pool side towels are provided for swimming and we suggest guests to dry up as much as possible so the villa interior does not get soaked in water.
