Unit Layout

Villa "Le Castagne" is a beautifully appointed vacation rental spanning 380 square metres across 4 levels, designed to accommodate up to 16 guests across 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The property's rustic yet tasteful furnishings create a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout every floor, complemented by parquet flooring and natural stone floors that enhance the charm of the entire residence.

On the ground floor, a large living and sleeping room features a panoramic window offering breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. This level also includes 2 rooms, each appointed with 1 double bed, as well as an additional room fitted with 2 beds. This floor is served by 2 shower, bidet, and WC facilities.

The first upper floor presents a generous living room centred around an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor includes an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table and direct access to the veranda. A separate WC is also available on this level.

The second upper floor hosts 4 bedrooms in total. 2 of these rooms are each furnished with 1 double bed and include a private shower and WC. A third room offers 1 double bed with its own shower and WC, while the fourth room is fitted with 2 beds and a shower and WC.

The third upper floor serves as an additional living room. Please be aware that when the number of guests is fewer than the maximum capacity of 16, one floor will not be made available for use.
