This beautiful apartment is situated near the hillside village of Alethriko, just off the main Larnaca to Limassol highway and only 10 minutes away from Larnaca's centre and 5 minutes Drive to the Beach. Three bedroom apartment with two levels and a huge terrace for private sunbathing/dining/relaxing offers views across the valley. On an excellent complex attached to green area, with two communal swimming pools and safe parking spaces.

A quiet neighborhood surrounded by mountains and trees. A wonderful scene during winter and spring. Apartment is perfect for families or groups who want a relaxing and quiet holiday in a village setting. The apartment is situated on a small complex in a quiet village surrounded by olive groves and pine trees. There are several supermarkets within 10 minutes drive and there are 2 Tavernas and a take away in the village. The Tavernas are very reasonably priced and offer both local and international cuisine. A short walk through the village will take you to the foothills of the village and for the more energetic you can follow the footpaths up to the top of the hills to enjoy the breathtaking views. Just 5 minutes drive away is the newly opened Olympic standard shooting range in Klavdia, (hosts to the European Championship Shotgun event which is run by the European Shooting Confederation).

Schöne, jedoch schalldurchlässige Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist schön, sehr gross und bietet alles, was nötig ist. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Kommunikation, der Wohnungsbezug und die Abgabe sind unkompliziert. Da das Haus äusserst schalldurchlässig ist, hört man die anderen Mieter sehr gut und auch die Wasserpumpen sind deutlich hörbar. Während der Vorsaison ist die Wohnung eher nicht zu empfehlen, da sie nicht beheizbar ist.

Very good property

As described, peaceful village very well connected to so many different areas- approximately 15 minutes away from everything! Beach, towns, villages! And only 20 minutes from Limassol and 30 minutes to Ayia Napa/ Protaras- ten from the airport! So easy to get around (with a car). Maria the hostess was lovely and very responsive, one or two small minor things that needed addressing and she sorted them out immediately. The apartment is light and very spacious, with a lovely huge sunroof, perfect to sunbathe on and to star and moon gaze at night!

We stayed one week 11-17/8 in this apartment in Alethriko with my friends. The house is the same as with pictures. 3 nice bedrooms and 3 WC one downstairs and 2 upstairs with shower also. Very specious apartment with all equipment available! Nice view outside to open green field and view of the pool. Also available DVDs to watch a movie at nights you stay at home! And some boardgames!! Pool clean and relaxing.. Alethriko place is a peaceful village, green and beautiful. Visit kokos tavern for traditional Cypriot mezedes it is worth it, you won't be left hungry!! Near villages with supermarket and a lot of shops. And 10 minutes away from beaches. Our host Maria is very kind person always prompt replay to our messages and also came to see us in case we had any request or problems. Very pleased to meet you Maria, thank you for making for us a pleasant stay in this great trip. Our choice was worth the money! For sure we would stay there again! Thank you also to the owners.
