Our stay was ok. Mattresses were good—pillows not so much. House appeared clean on the surface but lots of cockroach sign behind toilet in master as well as cockroaches under kitchen sink. Owner should consider exterminating premises. Neighbors had a loud long party on Friday night( I understand beyond your control). Don’t feel like it was worth the cost

Great house

This is an outstanding house. It’s very convenient to everything in Cruces. If I have a complain it would be the lack of dressers to put your clothes in. Other than that, the common areas are large and comfortable, the bedrooms are spacious and the back yard is fantastic.

Such a great house

Very clean and nice home. We had so much fun! Big backyard. We had our coffee out there every morning. Nice views from backyard. Loved the garage parking. Plenty of sitting places. LOVED the big beanbag like chair in the living room. Had a GREAT stay. Very close to the hospital. We had a grandson born there and we were so close. You must visit the Dripping Springs Natural area. Mountainsd are AMAZING!!!

Extremely Hot

The house is relatively nice and was clean, however, the problem we had was the unit has a swamp cooler and the house never got below 80 degrees. We had to go buy fans for each room to try to make it tolerable to sleep, but it didn't help much. We wanted to spend more time in the house, but ended up going to restaurants because the house was so hot. Also didn't like having to spend an additional $130 on fans!

Everything as advertised just had an issue with the TV

Good mattresses and bathrooms were excellent. Host was accommodating when we needed assistance. Area seemed safe and location was excellent for restaurants and shopping.

This was overall a very nice property. A few more mirrors around the house would be good for large groups of people getting ready for the day. But overall a great stay!

Old style home

The property was good but the house was older and needed work prior to us staying there again. Furnace, if turned on, cycled on off every 90 seconds. One blanket on the bed with no extras. Towels for restrooms were old and need replacement. All walls were bare and looked empty. There was a nice fireplace yet no utility tools to poke it or help move log’s around. The manager was response in our contact with them.
