Our new favorite hotel in Las Cruces

The hotel was conveniently located, close to restaurants and shops in Old Mesilla. The room was clean and well appointed. The bed was firm and comfortable and allowed us to have a good night's sleep. Breakfast consisted of cold and hot items and there was plenty of seating in the breakfast room which was uniquely designed. I appreciate that they had a business center, a definite plus for me. The staff was courteous and attentive throughout our brief stay.

Very spacious room and nice amenities. Great staff. Even during the high pressure rush during the breakfast hour, the kitchen lady was kindly ensuring smooth supply. Room could have been vacuumed better and the sofa bed fabric could be cleaned better.

The AC machine in room 116 was really bothering the entire night. It was really bad making a lot of noise. Other than that it was an excellent room. Clean bathroom and comfortable beds.

When we checked into our room, there was no soap in the bathroom. When I asked at the front desk, the clerk stated they had no soap because they were waiting for a delivery. Really?? I can't wash my hands after using the bathroom because you won't go to Walmart and buy some soap for your customers?!
