This apartment is amazing … exactly as pictured! Very clean, comfortable and well-equipped with everything you might need for a short or long stay.We were there for a month and thoroughly enjoyed being able to relax in such lovely surroundings. The apartment is in a quiet neighbourhood, but very conveniently located to the beach (10 minute walk), grocery store (2 minute walk) and dozens of restaurants within a 5-15 minute walk. Though we did not use the included parking spot, the building is very conveniently located to several car rental agencies where we rented a car for day trips around the island. The owner, Pedro, generously provided a complimentary “start-up” package of treats, juices, coffee, etc. which was greatly appreciated. He also provided a weekly service to change sheets/towels and do a quick tidy up of the unit … also greatly appreciated!We would highly recommend this apartment … you will not be disappointed! Pedro, and his team, are amazing hosts and go above and beyond to ensure you have an awesome stay!

After dealing with flight delays, Pedro was extremely helpful in getting us settled into this luxury apartment in Las Palmas. He was also kind enough to provide some initial groceries and supplies to make us feel at home. The underground parking was convenient and the apartment was clean and in great shape with lots of high tech amenities. Location is convenient to beach, grocery stores and dining. Luxuswohnung mitten im canarischen Leben und Strandnähe

Wir, ein Ehepaar im Alter von 68 Jahren, waren bereits zum viertel Mal in Las Palmas um Urlaub zu machen. Die Beschreibung von Petros Wohnung war zu 100% genau und die Sauberkeit sowie die Ausstattung hervorragend. Was wir sehr angenehm empfunden haben war die persönliche Begrüßung wie auch die Verabschiedung durch Petro. Er nahm sich auch viel Zeit für die Erklärung der Geräte sowie der technischen Einrichtung und gab uns interessante Tipps für Shoppen, Essen und Ausflüge. Man fühlte sich geborgen und angekommen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist mitten im Leben von Las Palmas. Wir wollten das und haben so Land und Leute kennen und lieben gelernt. Auch der Strand La Canteras ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Gerne wieder.

As good as I hoped

Pedro the owner was a friendly and gracious host - he met us close to midnight (late flight) and gave us a full tour The apartment is fantastic - quiet and spacious with no end of luxuries - the kitchen as all you need to cook and is spotlessly clean - you won't need to bring dishwasher tablets or washing machine capsules as that's all provided - everything you need right down to beers in one of the two huge the fridge freezers (yup - even ice is provided in the freezers! ) The TV has Netflix and cable, there is aircon everywhere and the beds are comfortable - electric roll down shutters make it nice and dark for sleeping The weather in the North of the island can be varied so it was brilliant to have such a fantastic apartment in which to wait out the rain As for location - its about 7 minutes walk to Las Canteras beach (great for surfing) on a quiet street with a school opposite - no noise issues there - the entrance is elsewhere There is a full size Spar one block away and some great restaurants and bars nearby that aren't too pricy as they're more for locals - search out the amazing steak place if you can Thank you Pedro for such an amazing stay - the apartment and your welcome and ready availability on Whatsapp really made the trip special

Fantastic stay in Las Palmas

We spent some days in this fantastic appartment in Las Palmas. From there we could visit the city and the most emblematic beaches and villages of Gran Canaria. The appartment is very clean and furnished with all kind of detail having superior quality standards. The parking is very convenient and the connection to the motorway is very close. The appartment is perfectly located very close to the Canteras beach, good Restaurants, parks and Shopping Centers. The appartment fits 100% the web description and it is in a perfect state. Additionally to this Pedro is a great host: reliable, punctual and giving all kind of tips making the stay very pleasant.For sure we will rent this property again in our next stay in Las Palmas and highly recommend it to our family and friends interested in visiting this nice Canary island. Amazing location wonderful host and apartment

Lovely apartment! Pedro is a wonderful host, who kindly bought some emergency supplies when we got there and also booked and waited for the taxi while we were getting ready to leave. The apartment is located in a great location easy access to shops, beach and restaurant. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable, kids loved the big bath with the jets. Every detail of this fully equipped, modern, 3 bed and 3 bath apartment is spectacular! It is a short walk to the markets, and to the beaches. Pedro, the owner is most gracious and helpful in every way. On the day we were leaving, he kindly and quickly called a taxi for us when the one we had hired didn’t show up. Ha sido una gran elección. Es un duplex super equipado con elementos de calidad y mucha tecnología. No le falta detalle y está impecable, perfecto para disfrutar con todas las comodidades. Está muy bien situado en centro de Las Palmas, la playa está al lado también. Todo lo que puedas necesitar, playa, compras, restaurantes... está a 5 minutos andando. Everything was excellent - the host, the property and its location, equipment, cleaness etc

The host is very friendly, communication before arrival was excellent, the propery is like 5*hotel - spacious, excellent lication, equipment, style , cleaness, looks to be very new and built directly for the host own life not for a rental business. This is what I highly appeciate and value the most. Thank you Pedro that you accommodated us in your home ...I will stop searching for anythig else in GC ...we will come again. 😄
