Recently renovated studio 200 meters from Las Canteras beach. Kitchen, living room and bedroom are integrated into a single, cozy and bright space. The living room has a comfortable sofa and table where you can enjoy your meals. The Smart TV has access to Apple TV so you can enter your passwords and access your favorite series and movies. The kitchen is PERFECTLY EQUIPPED with an oven, microwave, a very large refrigerator, washer/dryer, etc. The BEDROOM integrated into the living room has a 150 cm bed which can be picked up and left open. The bathroom is independent and has a shower and toilet.

The accommodation is located on the 1st floor of a 6-storey building. It is ideal for couples, teleworkers.

Please note that to access the elevator from the front door there are 5 steps.

PLAYA DE LAS CANTERAS is considered one of the best urban beaches in the world. Facing northwest, the beach entertains its bathers with the most beautiful sunsets possible. It is more than 3 km long. While one half of the beach is ideal for activities such as SURFING AND PADDLE SURFING, the other is perfect for SWIMMING, DIVING AND STAND UP PADDLE, as it is protected by an emblematic volcanic reef (“La Barra”) a quarter of a mile from the coast. It is the perfect location for diving, since ITS SEA FUND IS A PROTECTED SPACE. You will be able to enjoy immersing yourself in its delicate ecosystem where the water temperature does not drop below 19ºC in winter.
