There were a number of problems with the wi fi and television. Many of the lamps and other items were non functional or not plugged in. Simple things like dish soap and hand soap weren't provided.

When we arrived, the first thing we noticed an overwhelming smell of urine on the front porch. The sofas had black covers on that didnt look clean. The bedframe in the main room was broken. We had to prop up the mattress using 2x6 boards we found in the garage. We needed additional sheets, but there werent any. Upstairs bath was missing a towel rack. Other than that, it was as advertised, but we expected more.

Not a great place

For the price, we are very disappointed in the property. Here is the list of issues -- we were there for a quick trip so we didn't have time to contact the owner with this list.Poorly renovated apartmentCeiling panel missing in kitchenToilet seat broken in downstairs bathroomNo hot water in downstairs bathroom sinkNo bath matsKitchen -- no paper towels/napkins, no sharp knives, coffee maker didn't work, no soap for dishwasher, very little dish soapBathrooms - no hand soapBedrooms -- ceiling fan did not work when light was off, beds (boxsprings and mattresses) seemed to be very oldStaircase -- broken stair tread (the owner tried to fix but loose)Location -- very sketchy
