All the socializing happens in one open and attractive space in this apartment. The kitchen has all the essential appliances you're likely to need, including a refrigerator, flat top stove, oven, and microwave. Next to it is the dining table, a great place to sit with coffees in the morning and maybe something a little stronger in the evenings. Moving further in and you reach the living area featuring a large, super-comfortable sofa that converts into a bed if needed. Great views of the valley and of the TV are to be had from here, not to mention the private balcony!

Guests of The Signature at MGM Grand receive complimentary valet parking for up to one vehicle per reservation. Please note that valet services may close when they reach full capacity. You will be directed to park at the MGM Grand self-parking garage if the valet is full for the evening. Valet parking at the MGM Grand Hotel is not included.
OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
• A $100 refundable security deposit will be collected at the time of check-in per day (up to $300.) The security deposit must ONLY be paid with either a physical debit or credit card (cash/check, and Apple Pay are NOT accepted).
•Guests must be 21 years of age to check-in.
•Daily housekeeping is not included, but additional items (towels, sheets, shampoo, etc.) can be provided upon request for an additional fee.
