This place was very clean and in the perfect location. If I had any complaints, it's that there is no view, but we were basically only in the room to sleep.
The location of this property can't be beat. We stayed in an interesting 3 bedroom unit that had a total of 10 (If I am recalling correctly) beds. The unit was clean and the beds and pillows comfortable.
The unit could use a little TLC and the hot water situation in the hall shower needs attention. For the number of bedrooms and beds, additional washcloths and extra blankets are needed.
There is ample canned information provided prior to check in and throughout the stay, however I was frustrated by lack of response to a written question I submitted 3 times. I eventually called to find the answer.
Overall, I would
Very well located. Very good communication with owners via the app. They always answered all my questions. I will definitely be booking them in the future.
Almost all of my complaints would have been covered if this listing was updated with correct information. IT'S AT THE JOCKEY CLUB. Please update your listing. It took a better part of an hour to check in since the taxi drivers took us to the cosmopolitan (using the address from this listing) and we had no idea where to go. Owners didn't reply back until we had figured out where to go on our own.
The location itself is good if you want decent access to the strip for a large amount of people. Apartment has dated appliances and we had issues with the dishwasher not working. Owner said that they were updating the kitchen so hopefully that's not an issue for you.
There absolutely no way 28 people can fit in that apartment, I don't know why that's listed as the maximum. You can't even book more than 14 through expedia so it needs to be fixed. The beds include an assortment of kings, queens and fulls, with one hide away bed.
Besides that there's just incorrect information in the listing. The Jockey Club DOES have an elevator. The parking ISN'T free, at least for us. I'm also pretty sure the TV isn't 43 inches, I have an actual 43 inch TV and the one in the apartment is smaller.
All in all it's just a budget way to stay at the strip. Incorrect information on this listing made it a frustrating experience though. Hopefully they can get it figured out for future bookings.
