The SWEET SUITE Studio NEAR STRIP and AIRPORT!

Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas! This stunning studio is fully equipped with a Queen sized memory foam bed and has a well appointed kitchenette with farm sink (including plates, bowls, cutlery, cups, mugs, cooking utensils, etc) two burner range/stove, large toaster oven, coffee maker and full sized refrigerator. The studio also includes a large washer/dryer, custom closet with plenty of hangers and a nice desk and work area. It also features a dining set that overlooks the park across the street. This studio is one side of a duplex, yet still has its own private entrance, private courtyard with small dog door for pups to go in and out as they please, and is completely separate and private from the other side of the house. This cozy abode also boasts a 54 inch TV with built in Roku that has Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime (among other TV viewing apps). We hope you enjoy your stay at this tastefully decorated home which is conveniently located just minutes from McCarran Airport and the world famous Las Vegas Strip.

One room is all you need!

The place is very nice amd spacious. Our host was always available when we reached out. There was a small courtyard for our pups and a doggie door. There was a very pretty and big park across the street we used. Good location. Not far from freemont or the strip. The only downfall was the mstress was uncomfortable and the pillows were to soft for me.

Cute and Handy

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It's perfect for a couple with animals. Small fenced yard with a huge park across the street. Its clean and close to downtown. we love staying here and Rich is great.

Nice little Studio

Bed is horrendous

The most important thing is a comfortable bed. This 1980’s rod iron bed was so uncomfortable. It squeaked every time someone moved in bed. There was only 1 flat pillow for each of us. Lesson learned
you get what you pay for.

Studio apt off Strip and Airport perimeter.

Surprisingly little to no airport noise even though your practically on airport properties. Perfect set up with thoughtful details like nice terry robes hanging in the closet with lots of extra hangers. Very comfy bed. Simple but well set kitchenette. Park across street family and pet friendly. 9 out of 10 for us.

Cozy and Comfortable Stay

We stayed for 2 nights with our 2 small dogs. There's a park directly across the street for nice walks. The neighborhood is middle class with mostly well kept homes from around the 80's.The Studio was very comfortable, and everything you might need was in the studio. Nice little kitchen, bathroom and very comfortable bed. Little enclosed patio in rear. Very quiet neighborhood. We'd highly recommend.

This hotel is falsely advertised. It is not an adult only hotel. It's a family hotel with very small sections for adults. There is a small pool for adults. It has a bar but no towel service or food. There a very small section of the beach for adults. One of many restaurant's is for adults. The extra cost for the swim up pool that says adults, is not. We had a family of six with screaming children next to us. When I complained, the management did noting but said fill out this compliant form. Do not go here if you are expecting an adult vacation. They are liars.

Quiet and sweet!

My husband and I just wanted a one-night stay in Las Vegas in a quiet place. This place was very cozy and quiet and was decorated very nicely, as nd very clean! And had lots of hot water for baths a showers. We also loved being right across from a lovely park. It suited our needs well!

Quiet, clean and helpful

Stayed here twice for a business trip in between hotel stays. Was nice to get off the Strip and into a quiet neighborhood. Loved the park across the street, walked it for exercise. Walmart close by for shopping, easy enough to get to the Strip. Rich the host was very accommodating, responsive and flexible and with my schedule, nice guy. Would stay again.

Good first experience

Great place! It was our first time using VRBO. The studio is like having your own private place with a fenced in place for the dog. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do by Uber. The Host was great with communication.
