The 1st flr kitchen is complete with an indoor wood burning oven, conventional oven/stovetop, coffee maker, appliances and cookware. The formal dining room seats up to 8 comfortably and has views of Cotopaxi volcano. The living room provides a toasty wood burning fireplace with ample seating and smart TV. You will also find a gym, game room, laundry room on the 1st floor.

A gorgeous pergola provides a wonderful area to take in the natural outdoors and views of the Andes. A gas BBQ and a spacious private backyard includes a basketball court, soccer field, volleyball net. The entire acre is fully fenced for security for you and your pets.
