Housing

Just like the two apartments of the house, this Contemporary Chalet completes the proposal of singular dwellings of our residence.
Luxury self-catering loft 45m2, located between lake and mountains, in the heart of Chaparon, authentic Savoyard village.
Very bright, the two main rooms are connected by the kitchen area and open on the terrace facing south.
The chalet is equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay.
Quality bedding: a bed 160x200 in the room and a convertible bed 140x200 in the living room. Bed linen provided.
Kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a refrigerator, a gas hob and a complete set of quality cookware. Fondue and raclette appliances, electric and charcoal barbecues. Tea towels, sponges, household products provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, bath rugs, a hair dryer. Towels are not provided.
The chalet is heated and has in addition to a wood stove for your evening cocooning.
WIFI internet access, flat screen TV, HiFi / Blue Tooth docking station / mp3 player.
Large terrace equipped with garden furniture, as well as table, chairs, sunbathing.

Do not hesitate to swap, if your heart tells you, your car against a bike for short distances. All amenities are within 4km.

Chaparon is a quiet and charming hamlet which benefits from the advantages of the lake and the mountain.
We live there peaceful, lulled to the rhythm of its fountains.
The town brings a special care to the flowering and decoration of public spaces.
At the end of the village (200m) you will find fields as far as the eye can see, overlooking the lake.
On one side of the village, you will find organic bread and jams to treat you to toast. And at the other end, an organic market gardener where you can do your market.
A market of local producers takes place on Friday in Faverges where you will be able to discover the richnesses of our soil.

Exceeded expectations!

We had a wonderful time and the property was perfect. The location was lovely and so relaxing. The mornings spent on the patio were amazing, we could have stayed longer. Celine was lovely and gave us lots of good tips for what to do including a recommendation for the Jardins du Taillefer for dinner. It’s vegetarian and incredible flavors and presentation. The cottage was so comfortable, everything we needed and beds were really comfy! Thank you Celine for making this stay one that we always remember and we hope to return!

Quelques désagréments à signaler :Bien que la propriétaire nous ait signalé son absence a notre arrivée, nous avions néanmoins reçu les consignes des clés. A notre arrivée nous avons immédiatement prévenu par sms mais nous n'avons reçu une réponse que 2 jours plus tard ; idem ce matin nous prévenons que nous partons à 8h30, aucune réponse de toute la journée.Lave-vaisselle sale et reste alimentaire, nous ne l'avons donc pas utilisé.Exposition de toute la maison côté soleil obligeant a fermer à chaque fois les stores, donc sombre et très chaud a l'intérieur.Frigo a 2 petites étagères insuffisant même pour 2 personnes Literie correcte

Chalet très bien situé et d'un calme incroyable. Les pistes cyclables sont nickets et tout Annecy est magnifique et d'une propreté, vraiment incroyable. Le chalet est parfait et le petit plus c'est qu'il y avait un BBQ! pour les grillades c'est parfait. Je recommande fortement et on en garde un très bon souvenir. Merci Céline pour votrre gentillesse!

Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans le chalet de Céline. Tout est parfaitement équipé, intérieur comme extérieur, confortable et joliment décoré. Céline est une hôte très agréable, donne de très bons conseils (il y a d'ailleurs un petit livret d'accueil dans lequel elle a répertorié un certain nombre de choses à voir et à faire aux alentours), un vrai plaisir de séjourner dans le village de Chaparon.

Une semaine très agréable

Petit chalet très cosy, très propre et bien entretenu, en seconde position, au calme, enchassé dans la verdure. Et les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. Pour 2 c'est parfait! La literie est tout à fait confortable. Nous sommes restés une semaine, avec du beau tps, nous recommandons le parapente! Un conseil pour les nouveaux arrivants: n'allez pas au col du Forclaz le dimanche, il y a un monde fou! Je recommande sincèrement cette adresse.
